Country Flight penalised
(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The winner of the Pahiatua Cup on Wednesday, Country Flight, has been rehandicapped by 1.5 kg to 51.5 kg for the Wellington Cup next Saturday. The penalty was declared yesterday by Mr R. N. Bluett.
Mr Bluett did not penalise the Telegraph Handicap runner, Far Post, for his win in the sprint at Woodville, nor the Anniversary Handicap acceptor, Audaciter, for his recent success at Reefton.
