Underground railway
The Soviet Union has agreed to help build an underground railway in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital. Russian aid in the first 21km spur of the) system was promised in an) agreement signed by the De-| puty Prime Minister of the Soviet Union (Mr Mikhail Lesechko) in Sofia. Construction of the 100 km network will begin in 1976.—Vienna, December 27.
