WS MILK PRICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Milk Act, 1967, the New Zealand Milk Board has authorised the following special maximum prices to be charged in the areas set out below. The special maximum prices which are set out in the Schedule hereunder take effect from and including the Ist day of January. 1975, and are in substitution for the prices previously in force in the areas. AREAS All that area within a radius of 16km from the Coalgate Post Office. This includes Coalgate, Darfield, Gientunnel, Hawkins, Homebush, Sheffield, Springfield, Waddington, Whitecliffs All that area within a radius of 3km from the Kirwee Post Office. SCHEDULE Maximum Price to be Charged for Milk Sold to Vendors, Shop Dairies, Commercial Users and Consumers.
Quantity supplied on any one day irrespective of number of deliveries. At the rate of: (a) When sold to a vendor or to the occupier of a shop dairy for resale In any quantity—7 cents per litre. (b) When sold to a Commercial User or Consumer: Less than 600m1—3 cents per 300 ml. 600 ml or niore but less than 12 litres—s cents per 600 ml. 12 litres or more but less than, 48 litres—7.9B cents per litre. 48 litres or more but less than 144 litres—7.Bo cents per litre. 144 litres or more —7.76 cents per litre.
