Press lsM>i-i<it,<>»> AUCKLAND, Nov. 29 Delegates to the second South Pacific Labour Ministers' Conference yesterdax rejected a New Zealand suggestion to postpone the next conference until 1976. but they failed to decide on a location. Faced with an organising cost of $30,000 or more, smaller countries were reluctant to commit their Governments to be host for the conference. The conference agreed to delay a decision on unions .and employers joining the talks until the next conference. In the meantime. NewZealand will prepare a policx [paper on the Issue.
