Hand hit by bullet
<N.Z. Press Association) TIMARU, Dec. 1. A Temuka man was shot in the hand while driving on the main highway north of Winchester yesterday. George Albert Campbell was admitted to Timaru Hospital. His condition tonight was described as being satisfactory’. Mr Campbell was driving with his window down when his left hand was hit by the bullet. His two children were on the front seat at the time. The Temuka police interviewed two men. and took possession of a firearm. v
