Mr S. \V. M. Smith, had withdrawn his objection. Conditions applying to the specified departure are that the company provide oflstreet parking for six cars; the 20 foot rear yard, adjacent to the residential zone, be kept clear of buildings or structures and car parking; the front yard and the rear yard, where it adjoins the residential zone, be landscaped to the satisfaction of the council: the factory must not create objectionable elements of noise, smoke, smell, effluent, vibration, and dust that would cause offence to adjoining residential properties.
