Mr K. G. N. Orsbourn, who has been appointed financial controller of Ballins Industries, Ltd. Mr Orsbourn, who has been company secretary for eight years and divisional manager, group finance, for two years and a half, will be responsible for all financial, accounting and secretarial matters for the Ballins group of companies.
