Revertex held profit margin
Revertex Industries, Ltd, the Auckland manufacturer of resins, coatings, and compounds, increased sales ; $BOO,OOO, or 33.3 per cent toi $3.2m in the six months to I September 30. the directors say in the full half-yearly I report. As announced, the profit was $35,738, or 31.8 per cent, higher at $148,184 — a level described as satisfying by the chairman (Mr W. R. Campbell). The profit was about half that recorded for the last full year, and the company expects that the remainder of the current year will follow a similar pattern. The interim dividend was held at 7 per cent. In the last full year, the group achieved a 141 per cent, or $171,171, profit increase to $291,929.
The dividend rate was 2 per cent higher at 14 per cent, including a final divi dend of 7 per cent.
