Red Cross grants

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 17. The New Zealand Red Cross Society has released details of grants of $37,257 for disaster relief in various parts of the world. The largest grant was $16,434 for relief work in Honduras. A grant of $7OOO was sent to Cyprus for refugee relief, and $6817 was sent to Bangladesh. Other grants, totalling $7OOO, were sent to the Philippines for typhoon relief, and Burma and Nepal for flood relief.
