(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copy rig hl) BEIRUT, Nov. 12.

Israeli Phantom jets raided the Arqoub area af south Lebanon yesterday, killing four people and wounding several others, Lebanese officials said. A Lebanese Defence Ministry communique said that the jets bombed several areas in a 17-minute raid and that the wounded included seven people who were picking olives.

An Israel Army spokesman in Jerusalem said that Israeli troops had blown up a house in south Lebanon, suspected of harbouring guerrillas. The troops crossed the border early today just north of the Israeli village of Adamit, he said. This was the third time in a month that Israel has blown up houses to discourage guerrilla activity in the area.
