Ordnance depot

New Zealand’s first ordnance depot established overseas since World War II was opened in Singapore last month. It forms part of the New Zealand Force, South-East Asia.

The function of the depot jis to provide all stores required by the Ist Battalion, Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment, and other Army units in the force as well as non-technical stores for the (Royal New Zealand Navy and Air Force.
