Addington TILLRINGER (Race 3) b g 4yrs, by Bachelor Hanover —Wendy Dawn. Trained at Weedons by J. G. Hampton. Looked unlucky when second on Monday at Oamaru, following on a sound third on the first day of the meeting. Looks ready to win again. Motukarara GREEK PRINCE (Race 9) b b 4yrs by Greek God—Silver Princess. Trained at Ashburton by J. Lalor. Promising stayer’s run for fifth on turning course at Rangxora last Monday. Should find the going and the long run here very much to his liking. Rotorua KIRIN (Race 7) gr h syrs by Rich Gift—Angelique. Trained at Matangi by L. and R. Robinson. Has come into a very solid patch of form and thrashed a similar field over the same distance by seven lengths on Labour Day. Should again prove too speedy. Wyndham RED STUDENT (Race 7) b h 4yrs by Royal Student—Reddie. Trained at Invercargill by M. Skerrett. Showed he was right back to his best three-year-old form with an impressive win at Gore on Monday. Should go on to be a top-class horse this season. Rangitikei AUDITOR (Race 8) b g 7yrs by Copenhagen 11—Air Step. Trained at Hawera by L. Gestro and W. McEwan. Classy sprinter who has resumed after a long break with two easy wins. Meets a fairly weak field here and in spite of wide draw should make it three on end. Waikouaiti LA ROUE (Race 3) b m syrs by Scottish Hanover — Roue. Trained at Invercargill by J. Newton. Far from disgraced when -second to Illusionist at Forbury Park on October 19 at her] latest start. This field looks much weaker and she should j be untroubled to win. Otaki TUDOR GOLD (Race 1) ch m 4vrs by Garrison Hanover—! Golden Circle. Trained at Ohoka by P. T. Binnie. Received a poor run at her latest start when seventh at Motu-] karara. but earlier had shaped most attractively. In this fairly weak field she should be untroubled to win.; Whangarei RIPBANG (Race 9) ch r Syrs by Battle Waggon — Ripping. Trained at Te Aroha bv J. L. Revell. Promising colt which won well over IfiOOn' at Matamata recently. Will appreciate this looks sure to go close.
