(From Our Own Reporter) WESTPORT, October 27. A Christchurch youth, Phillip Ward, aged 18, was admitted to Buller Hospital on Friday night, and later transferred to the Grey Hospital, with internal injuries suffered in a car accident. He was a passenger in a vehicle travelling from Sergeant’s Hill to Westport about 10.30 p.m. when it failed to take a corner and crashed into a paddock, where it turned over. Mr Ward was in a satisfactory condition in hospital tonight.
