The President told report(ers that Mr Palme had asked (him, when they met for ;talks at the Sao Juliao da ■Barra fortress, whether the elections for a Constituent (Assembly could be held on time. I Mr Palme was on a 24hour visit at the invitation of the Portuguese Socialist Party, and leads an eightman delegation of Swedish and Norwegian Left-wing .parties that also included I the Norwegian Foreign Minister (Mr Knut Frydenlund).
