The property is situated at the end of Willows Road in the Yaldhurst locality, and is located in the Quarry Zone of the Paparua County District Scheme, and in the Rural Zone of the proposed Eyre County District Scheme. The legal description of the site is all that land containing 80.5730 hectares being Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan 35430 part Reserve 3542 (Canterbury Registry).
