L. Hogan) said. Mr Hogan confirmed that • city traffic officers generally : wash the vehicles themselves, and said the Ministry would .prefer not to use them for [this work. ' The Ministry has repairs; on its vehicles made by garages. Mr Hogan said it had been found that having the vehicles serviced and repaired under contract was the most economical and practical system.
