Film on TV 'Fell down’
(N.Z. Press Association! DUNEDIN, October 2. A television documentary broadcast on Monday night “fell down” in that it appeared to indicate that drivers had to be awash with alcohol before their driving was affected, said Mr J. D. I Murray, S.M., in the Dunedin Magistrate’s Court today. “This is, of course, not so,” he added. The Magistrate fined Nigel John Mellon $l5O and disqualified him from driving for 18 months on a charge of driving with a blood-alcohol 'level of 112.
