Leading dentist dies at 62
(N.Z. Press Association) TIMARU, Oct. 1. A former president of the New Zealand Dental Association, Dr Ethelbert Paul Pickerill, died in Timaru yesterday. He was 62. » Born in Dunedin in 1912, he was a son of Dr H. P. Pickerill, the first dean Of the Otago Dental School and later a plastic surgeon. Dr Pickerill set up his own practice in Timaru as a dental surgeon after World War Two, and was elected president of the Dominion Dental Association in 1968.
