No ill effects from wasp sting

A wasp sting at the week-end has made little real difference to Bleu Streak which worked in fine style at Awapuni yesterday in company with Chelsea Tower. Both are acceptors for • the President’s Handicap at Otaki tomorrow. Bleu Streak, which was stung; inside a nostril, showed no ill' effects from the incident when; he galloped yesterday. Frisky Fred went impressively: over 1600 metres in preparation' for tomorrow’s high-weight : while the sprinters, Zarushka; and Black Willow, also rani satisfactory trials.
