Meeting postponed
A pre-election meeting arranged for this evening by the Environmental Vanguard Organisation has been postponed. The Mayor of Christchurch (Mr N. G. Pickering) has informed the organisation that the speakers cannot now be present, on account of the death of the Prime Minister (Mr Kirk). A date for the meeting will be announced later.
