Election in Nicaragua
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright} MANAGUA, September 1. General Anastasio Somoza was today certain of being elected to a new Presidential term to continue his family’s 38 years of rule over Nicaragua. Nine of the 10 opposition groups have been declared illegal. His only opponent in the polling today is Dr Edmundo Paguaga from the Conservative Party.
