Kerr ,sst • 101 b to 6st 111 b) and R. Morgan (fist 71b to fist 111 b) Kerr outpointed P. Field (Central Hawke s Bay, and Morgan outpointed B Te Kani (Masterton). Canterbury’s losses were sus- ; tained bv G. Thala (sst 61b to i sst 101 b), J. Scullion (fist 21b to [fist 61b) and K. Ihaia (7st 81b to 7st 121b>. I The championships have an (entry of 108 contestants and there will be about 80 bouts. Involving two sessions a day. (through to the finals tomorrow [evening.
