(N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright) JOHANNESBURG The South African Lawn Tennis Union will insist on its playing Davis Cup inter-zone cup tie in Johannesburg and not at a neutral venue as requested by Italy. Italy has asked the International Lawn Tennis Federation to arrange the tie in a neutral country because of “political problems.” The president of S.A.L.T.U. (Mr B. Franklin) said in Johannesburg yesterday that his union had been trying to co-operate when matches in the South American zone play-offs against Chile had been decided at a neutral venue, but emphasised that S.A.L.T.U. did not have the choice of venue at that time. This time they had the choice, and they planned to exercise it
