Duties consist of supervising the repairing and preventive maintenance of sewage and stormwater sewers, construction of manholes and other construction work allied to drainage work and the maintenance of open drains. Applicants should hold a current drainlayer’s licence or have proven experience i in drainage work, i.e. trench 'excavation, wellpoint and pump operation, pipelaying, manhole construction, etc. Salary will be $4949 per annum for a 40 hour week.
