Injunctions law move
(N.Z. Preu Association) WELLINGTON, July 9. The Federation of Labour is compiling submissions to present to the Government in an attempt to have the law relating to injunctions and trade unions altered. The president (Mr T. E. Skinner) said after a meeting of the federation’s national executive today that it would go to the Government as soon as possible on the matter. “All we want is for all industrial matters' to be dealt with under the industrial laws,” he said. The federation would not now call a national conference on injunctions, as was earlier suggested.
