RECIPE FOR TODAY Rice-pumpkin pudding
(Pa CELJA TIMMS) Rice and pumpkin pudding is virtually baked rice with a flavour of pumpkin and is very tasty. For six servings you will.need: lib dry yellow pumpkm io? sugar i pirn milk 2oz rice loz of brown sugar (or more according to taste) Salt Method: Peel pumpkin, cut in pieces and cook with the sugar in a very little water until tender, but not mushy. Simmer rice, milk and a good pinch of salt together for 15 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened? Add the drained pumpkin after mashIng and put combined mixture into a fireproof dish and bake for 20 to 30 minute?. Additional brown sugar caq*bg added at the table or it can be added while cooking, according to taste. Serve with cream.
