A GENERAL RATE OF NINE POINT EIGHT CENTS (9.8 c In the 6 made Under provisions of the section 90 of "The Municipal Corporations Act 1954” and the "Rating Act 1967.” 2. A WATER RA7E (ordinary supply) made under provisions of section 95 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1954” and the "Rating Act, 1967.” (a) Upon all lands and dwelling houses to which water Is supplied a rate of one point one cent (1.1 c in the $, but in no case shall the rate be less than two dollars. (h) Upon all lands and dwelling houses to which water can be, but is not supplied situate within one hundred yards from any part of the waterworks a rate of one half the respective rate mentioned in Clause (a) hereof. . (c) Upon all buildings other than dwelling houses a Rate of one half the rate mentioned in Clause (a) hereof. Minimum ' charge where water Is laid on, one dollar. A WATER RATE (extraordinary supply) made under section 96 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1954” and the "Rating Act 1967.” Upon all water supplied to ships a rate of fifty cents for one thousand gallons. Upon all water supplied to other extraordinary ratepayer consumers a rate of ten cents for one thousand gallons. 3. a LIBRARY RATE OF NOUGHT POINT SIX CENTS (0.6 c in the $ made under provisions of Section 104 of "The Muni cipal Corporations Act, 1954” and "The Rating Act, 1967.” 4. A DIAMOND HARBOUR SANITATION FEE OF TWENTY TWO DOLLARS PER SECTION MADE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE “Rating Act, 1967” and section 3 of the Lyttelton Borough Empowering Act 1963 to be levied on that part of the Borough known as Diamond Harbour. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Valuation Roll and Rate Records will be open for inspection without fee by all Ratepayers during office hours, which are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. The Council proposes to resolve that, In accordance with section 71 of the Rating Act 1967 an charge of 10 per cent will be added to all the above rates not paid on or before Wednesday, the 12th day of February, 1975.
