The property is situated at No. 16 Scarborough Terrace, Hamner Springs. The legal description of the land is Section 6, Block T,’ Hanmer Springs Survey District. The application may be examined 'at the office of the Amuri County Council in Culverden I during normal office hours i and any person affected may object to the application by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, Amuri County Council, P.O. Box 14, Culverden not later than 4 p.m. on the day of August 5, 1974. Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of his objection and shall serve on the applicant a copy of the objection.
