Ambulance statistics

The St John Ambulance Brigade worked hard again last month, covering 18.193 miles and treating 2546 patients. This was well in excess of the figures for June last year, when the brigade travelled 14,639 miles and treated 2214 patients. The brigade attended 135 motor accidents in June, involving 171 patients, and 228 miscellaneous accidents and collapses. These attendances were well ahead of the comparative figures for June last year.
