Afghan hound show

The Canterbury Afghan Hound Club’s open show, held in. Christchurch at the week-end, was won by “Pania Kazibari,” a two-year-old black and silver bitch owned by Mr and Mrs J. W. Buxton, of Christchurch.

The 65 hounds in the show included an Australian and New Zealand champion. Nine of the dogs in the show were registered New Zealand champions. The iudge was Mrs M. Hewitt, of Sydney.
