IN Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright l PHNOM PENH, June 17. The Cambodian Prime Minister (Mr Long Roret) today announced the formation of a new 15-member war-time Cabinet replacing his coalition Government which resigned last Thursday, the official radio reported. The new Cabinet contains seven members of Mr Borst's Socio-Republican Party, which supports President Lon Nol, six indepedents and two army men. excluding the Republicans of the former Prime Minister (Mr Sisowath Sirik Matak) who was the junior partner in the last Government.
