P and O purchase
P and O Shipping Company, Ltd, of London, has purchased an additional 12.85 per cent of the equity in Mundogas, S.A. from Mobil Oil Corporation for $2.57m plus a 6.43 per cent share of the 1974 net income. Mundogas, which is incorporated in Panama and has its headquarters in Bermuda, is a leader in the field of ocean transportation and trading of liquefied petroleum gases and petro-chemicals.
