SECRETARY/FINANCE CONTROLLER Canterbury Timber Products Ltd, a new public company currently establishing a $lO million fibreboard industry 20 miles north of Christchurch seeks a Secretary/Finance Controller to develop and control the secretarial and financial requirements of the Company. The successful applicant, who must hold qualifications at least the equivalent of A.C.A. will report to Management and the Board of Directors. As well as accepting responsibility for all accounting functions he will also be required to act as Secretary to the Board. In this capacity he will have full responsibility for all statutory requirements of a public company. An applicant preferably with at least 3 years experience as Secretary of a public company and now seeking the challenge and opportunity in a new growth industry is sought. Because of the importance attached to this position a generous salary will be negotiated with appropriate fringe benefits.
