Four men armed with submachine guns kidnapped a millionaire in the northern Mexican city of Gomez Palacios, and freed him five hours later after his family had paid a ransom of more than $lOO,OOO. The kidnappers burst in to the home of Mr Manuel Villegas last Saturday, and drove off with him in his own car after telling his family how much [money they wanted. — Mexico City. May 2).
