Three self-contained flats on a section of 20.9 perches at 145 Peterborough Street were sold at auction yesterday for $26,000. The property has a 1969 Government valuation of $13,000. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber, and Keenan, Ltd. A three-bedroom bungalow at 171 Springfield Road was passed in at. auction yesterday after bidding reached $14,500. The 20-perch property has a 1969 Government valuation of $5900. The auctioneer was Mr D. O. Chapman, of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd.
