NEW TRIAL ORDERED

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. A new trial was ordered in rihe Supreme Court at Auckland after a jury 'failed to agree on a verdict after deliberating for five hours on a charge of murder. The accused, Brian Ronald McDonald, aged 21, an auto- ; mobile electrician, was reimanded in custody by Mr I Justice Mahon pending the I new hearing. He denied murdering Ronlaid Stephen Blyth, aged 19. The charge arose from a fight at a party in Mission Bay on iJanuary 27.
