Paris talks 'sabotaged'

The Viet Cong have suspended indefinitely talks in Paris with representatives of the South Vietnamese Government on the country's political future, Viet Cong officials say. The move follows a boycott of the talks by the South Vietnamese delegation since April 16 because of increased Communist attacks throughout the country.
