NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made by WILLIAM ALEXANDER McNEIL and DOUGLAS ROYCROFT McNEIL, both of Rangiora, Butchers, for consent to a change of use to permit the erection of two ownership flats on the land which is the subject of the application. 1. That part of Sales Road running East from Powells Road to be renamed Stubbs Road, and 2. That the road running from Burnt Hill Road, West, to Raineys Road be renamed Main Race Road.
