Death sentences Two former Sodfest Party leaders in the southern Chilean city of Valdivia have been sentenced to death by court-martial. Four other Socialist militants were sentenced to life imprisonment, legal sources have disclosed. The two men sentenced to death are Uldaricio Figueroa, the former regional party secretary; and Victor Hormazabal, a local propaganda chief. — Santiago, May 6.
