The Rumanian Communist Party has indicated its support for the Communist Party of Spain, which has come under sharp attack from Moscow this year for its unorthodox views. The Rumanian party leader, Mr Nicolae Ceausescu, and the leaders of the Spanish party. Mr Santiago Carrillo and Mrs Dolores Ibarruri, met yesterday in Bucharest, and agreed to “expand their relations of friendship,” a communique says.—Vienna, April 29.
