The Canterbury All Stars golf team had a convincing 9'. to 21 win over a Southern Military District side at Burnham on Sunday. The game was plaved In fine weather and some very good scores were returned Results (with Canterbury names first), were:—
K. Hind beat P. Wereta, 1 up: W. I. Tucker beat J. Murray, 3 and 2; M. R. Blank beat D. Brooker, 4 and 2; J. R. Broadhurst halved with G. Stringer; M. W. Strange beat P. Batson. 2 and 1; J. w. Jackson beat D. Waugh. I up; K. J. Hitchin lost to W Hanna, 3 and 2; J. P. Devine beat A. McOsear. 1 up: L. P. Boyd beat B. Richdale, 2 and 1; B. J. Cotton beat L. R. ; Reeves. 5 and 4; C. A. McNally beat J. Brunton, 3 and 2: A. J. I McMaster lost to B. McMahon, 4 and 3.
