Expansion and increasing market share, stemming from high reputation and quality standards, give rise to this new appointment The new man will work in close association with the chief executive in planning and implementing the Company's development in the following main ways: • Planning for development of existing and new plants. • Development and supervision of production and quality control systems, covering both manufacturing and installation. • Liaison with architects and contractors to establish product and service specifications. LOCATION: Auckland. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should be familiar with the manufacture of high quality products in the building or allied field. Successful experience in the application of modern production procedures is essential. Engineering qualifications are desirable. It is important for the applicant to have a sound appreciation of the marketing and financial aspects of business, i.e.. to have all-round management ability, in addition to his technical knowledge. Preferred age range — 30 to 40 years. CONDITION'S: Scope for personal development should be considerable. Commencing salary in the range of S8,5O() - SIO.OOu.
