Six hours after the early afternoon wedding, the Kissingers, accompanied by a young couple and two men, arrived in Acapulco, and a limousine drove them away to the villa owned by the Secretary of State’s longtime friend, the Mexican millionaire, Mr Estaquio Escandon and his wife, Maria. “HOT LINES”

Mr Vest said others present at the wedding included Kissinger’s brother, Walter Kissinger, and his wife, the bride’s brother, David, and Carlisle Maw, a State Department legal adviser and an old friend of the Secretary of State.
