Libya not playing
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter) VIENNA, March 18. The Libyan oil Minister Mr Ezzeddin Mabrouk, said today that Libya would dissociate itself from the lifting of a fivemonth Arab ban on oil supplies to the United States. “We will definitely not lift the embargo on the United States and we will not increase our production,” Mr Mabrouk said.
