NAPIER. March 10.

Customs rummage-squad members, assisted by a dog, yesterday found 141 b of cannabis on the British freighter Cedric at Nanier. Valued at SI2OO on the black market, the cannabis was found in a hatch-cover plug in a hold. The Napier Collector of Customs (Mr D. S. Flowers) said customs officers found 21b of cannabis in the ship at Lyttelton earlier last week. She arrived at Napier on Wednesday. No arrest had been made, but the searches would continue.
