Even if the senior inter - club competitions have been closed prematurely because so many days were lost this season, there is still plenty of tennis activity — which is part of the reason whv further rounds could not be started. While the Canterbury NunWellington early tomorrow morning to comnlete the two remaining doubles matches in its quest to take the trophv from Auckland, a new fixture will begin in Christchurch.
