Blast in Scotland
One man was killed and two others were injured yesterday when an explosion ripped through a gunpowder factory in Ardeer, in south-west Scotland. The dead man was foreman of the mill, owned by the Nobel Explosive Company, a subsidiary of the giant British company, Imperial Chemical Industries.—Ardeer. February 15.
