BUNKER OIL CHARGE CUT
*.V.Z. Press Association} WELLINGTON. Feb. 15. A bunker oil surcharge on New' Zealand-European shipping has been reduced by 3.10 per cent to 13.10 per cent. The change has been brought about by a reduction in the price of oil, and will be effective from February 25.
