Swimming BIG AGE-GROUP TEAM LIKELY

Two further records were broken at the final session of the Canterbury preliminaries of the national age-group championships at the Queen Elizabeth 11 Park pool on Saturday evening. Denise Head tWharenui* broke her fourth record for the preliminaries in the 100 m backstroke. Her time of Imin 23.35ec improved by I.2sec her own Canterbury record foi JO-y ear-old girls.
