Kaiapoi. at 5 p.m. 11. That for the purpose of : financing the capital works required to meet the inJ creasing demands for the I supply of electricity within i the area of the Council's ; control. the Kaiapoi Borough Council in pur- ! suance and exercise of the ■ powers conferred in it by | the Municipal Corporations ] Act 1954, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and by all other powers it enabling hereby I authorises the raising of I a loan of $20,000 for a ' term of fifteen (15) years at such interest rates that ‘ shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding the appropriate i rate for the time being specified by the Local I Authorities Loans Board. i2.
